Gula Melaka Banana
Inspired by our traditional Pengat Pisang, this has been our crowd favourite since it was created back in 2014! A moist Gula Melaka butter cake is layered with caramelised bananas and topped with our signature almond crunch. Created back in 2014 and still remains a crowd favourite!

Ingredients:
Buttercream, eggs, flour, fresh pandan juice, almond (on top of cake) and gula melaka
Store your cake in the refrigerator (0 to 4 C) immediately upon receipt of the cake. Best to take out from the refrigerator 30 minutes before serving. If you have any leftovers, place in airtight container to prevent the cake from drying out.
Only arrange transportation by car and cake is placed on a flat service in the car. Do not leave in the car without air condition. Cake can last up to 2 hours in an air conditioned vehicle
